Delivery time

In the description of the objects there is a section that concerns the delivery times.

• Prompt delivery: the item is available in stock, the order is processed in 24/48 hours.
• Available in XX working days: the item is not available in stock, the production and shipping time varies according to the object and quantity. The estimated shipping date will be communicated to the customer.

The products will be delivered within 1 to 30 working days; in any case, we will inform you of the concrete delivery time for the purchased product. This is because the delivery period may depend on whether the product is in stock or has to be specially manufactured and on the delivery area.

To find out the delivery date we advise you to contact us by email at showroom@artedimurano.it indicating:

• product code
• quantity
• place of delivery

All our items are shipped with special packaging and insured courier. When the item is taken over by the courier we provide TRACKING to follow the shipment.

Foreign shipments any costs for local taxes or customs fees are charged to the customer.

We are not responsible for the timing due to inefficiencies of the courier or customs.
